Returns and complaints


To make a complaint, follow these steps:

1. Reimbursement / complaint form
Return / Claim Form - attach it to the shipment. The document should contain the following information: name, email address or mailing address, phone number, product number and cause of the complaint, date of purchase and defect occurrence.

2.Delivery of the product
When submitting a complaint, please return the product along with all its accessories and a copy of the purchase invoice.
